Takuro Kashiwamura's Boston Terrier

On Evan Zodi's flickr page, there is a photo of a Boston Terrier that I saw displayed last year at the OUSA convention. I fell in love with it instantly.

The model was created by Takuro Kashiwamura. On HIS flickr page he posted the crease pattern, along with some additional, though older, photos of the model.

I've never done a crease pattern before, but I think I have managed to get this one collapsed (all of the creases are going in the proper direction-assuming red is mountain and blue is valley-and it actually collapsed quite nicely, if I have done it correctly), and now have little idea how to continue.

I was hoping that someone here with CP experience could look at this model, and possibly guide me through the finishing process.
