Need help!

Post by fleurdelis »

I started folding the "A butterfly for Alice Gray" by Michael LaFosse, and I have a problem from step 8 till 15. I will appreciate if someone help me with this simple model. I am new and that's why it's not really easy for me to fold such models. The diagram of the model is free to use so here's the link:

Step 8: Fold and unfold as shown
Step 9: Spread squash.
Alternative you could just inside reverse fold on the creases made in step 8, fold on flap down on the front and one up on the backside of the model, if you do so, skip the next step.
Step 10: Turn the paper over and repeat on the other side.
Step 11: Fold and unfold as shown.
Step 12: Spread squash two flaps.
Step 13: Mountain fold in half.
Step 14: Valley fold the wings up.
Step 15: Fold one flap up.
