How to obtain books and convention newsletters?

I'm not really in the origami circles. I'm really new to this stuff. But I have seen some nice models on this site and looked into certain books that don't seem to be around such as "Papiroinsectos y Otros Origamis Exoticos" by Manuel Sirgo or some Japanese newsletter called Tieneden (sp). How do you obtain copies of these items?

I donÂ´t "always" forget, just thought she wouldnÂ´t have those items. Checking back after your reminder I found out, she sells the first one.
