Want something only to have something different

Okay I just want to ask. Have any of you ever tried to fold something that you wanted but only have your idea come out to be something different? Like I was trying to fold a cactaur and it came out to be a ding-a-loid (animal crossing). So yeah anyone else had a case like this?

also i forgot to mention that one time, when i was first attempting david derudas cobra, into turned more into a viper than a cobra... at least it was in the same species.
