So I read that these are supposed to be great books but I have a few questions:
A: they seem to be written in Japanse, is it a must to know Japanese in order to use them??
B: Are the models hard??
C: is it easy to understand the diagrams??
D: anybody any experience in terms of ordering these books??

No, you don't need to know Japanese if you can follow the standard diagramming style.
The models vary in difficulty. Probably around 20% of the included works are complex (but since they're complex they take up like 1/3 of the book) The majority of the included models take up just a page or two.
Most of the diagrams are easy to understand.
I've ordered before. Go to http://www.origamihouse.jp for available books and instructions on how to order. Remember you must send an International Postal Money Order. (or if you absolutely can't, then cash)
