I designed an origami hydralisk myself. It's fairly accurate, I believe. It's made by modifying an origami crane, so it shouldn't be too hard.

Gerwin: the arms are just a bit too long :wink: Looks good. Nice diagrams

It was back when I was first learning how to use tissue foil, so its quite wrinkly, and the color changes weren't well done...
(I used this picture to model it)

Yeah, that's a pretty good hydralisk. 8) .... I actually like it a little better than Jason Ku's because it is gives you pretty much the same level of realism (Jason's Hydralisk doesn't have perfect proportions either because the arms are too long) with a lot less hassle.

I think that jason's model is well proportioned , the arms are different in the Daydreamer model.
