If you go there and look on the side of the screen you'll see "about this video". Click there and it'll show diagrams.

Well here's the problem or question. Is there a way to do it like "accordion folding" like when your making a cheat Origami fan. Or do you really have to crease one by one?

well, there isn't a way using just pleating, but you can get a nice intro to flashers here. i myself havent tried to make the big bang- style one, but it can't be TOO different from the original

Even if you could make the flashers by accordion -pleating, you wouldn't want to, because all the extra creases would affect the flashing action mechanism.

is pleating like a step by step diagram or like pinching the lines to vally or mountain folds sorry im lost?! :oops:

Pleating is a general term to describe alternating between mountain and valley folds.
