Tanteidan magazine #77
Anyone know where I can find this? Is it free like a newsletter or am I too late?

You can't get the magazine on it's own. It is part of Tanteidan magazines volume 13 which includes the issues 73-78 and costs USD 42.
If you want the magazine for the wizard diagrams (which I think you do
) I would recommend to rather get the book Works of Satoshi Kamiya instead.
If you still want to get the magazine package, the best way would be to contact June Sakamoto (PM me for her email address) since she handles Tanteidan orders via paypal (and maybe other ways of payment)
