What are, in your opinion, the best looking models of free diagrams? My favourites are:

I haven't folded from diagrams for a while, but my favorite model thats online is Fumiaka Kawahatas Yoda. The folding process is great.

One of my favorite models is Charles Esseltine's Dragon in Flight. The first time I finished it, the model was perfect.
