Tsutomu Nakai - Magical Girl

Hello everyone. I need help with "magical Girl by Tsutomu Nakai" I've looked around the web for the diagram but I couldn't find one. It is from the book "origami Tanteidan 13 convention" A great book by the way. I've been working on this diagram but I'm stuck on step 40 to 41. It's in Japanese and I think it says I need to refold the paper like I did in steps 35 to 39. But I not sure. If anyone could give me some help that would be great. Thank you so much.
