Romantic Rose Bud

Hi, I'm having trouble step 19 - 21 on this rose. Does anyone know how to do this please? I would appreciate any help. Thank you.

Google Translator doesn't help with the instructions, because they are part of the photo. However, you might use the translator on the rest of the page, because the other links may help.

Hi, I've already seen those videos. The link I posted show's a different kind of rose bud, if you look at the end picture you can see that they are different. This one is taller, the video is shorter and rounder.

I do not speak Japannease, but it is mountain fold the upper half of whole flap, in my opinion. I mean fold the tip inside the model, to the center. I hope this helps.

Using the the instructions in the diagram of the post I referred to, I could make the rose as tall and narrow or as round and short as I wanted, so I think they are the same rose.
