I am stuck on the part where you unfold all the folds then invert and continue on with creating the unit. She covers what she is doing with her hands at this critical point.

i can't say i have ever made this model....so i can't really help you. i would advise maybe looking at a crease pattern or diagram

Yes, and I have. This is another view of it. The part I have trouble with is from 3:40 onward. I just can't seem to do what she does here. She is sooooooooooo fast.

just fold from the diagram then o.o
