Noboru Miyajima's Knight on Pegasus/Dragon CP

I espeacially dislike Miyajima's CP's... They have been a constant source of frustation to me.

I know this is a very old topic, but if someone else comes across this and knows what to do, please help. I don't know what to do on the very right middle area on the cp, with the small kite fold type thing and the folds connecting to it.I think I know what to do with the rest of the folds and it's just that prohibiting me from completing the model. Are there any other easier cps that can help with that sort of step?

Actually, I think I completed it and it's all correct! Unfortunately, I don't know what flaps are what parts and how to fold it to actually make it look like a pegasus. I guess using Miyajima's cp as the first I've ever done wasn't a good idea with all those extra steps needed to complete the model. Can someone tell me what flaps are what?
