To Joseph: You arn't blind, are you
Thedeadsmellbad: could you get the link to a picture of komastu's version, I can't seem to find it.
origami93: Umm.....hard to tell with the picture. Some one who is in the process of folding the model should be able to help you more. I might fold it again, but that might not be for a while.
Try folding another model. following each step exactly as it says.
There are many possible steps you could have folded wrong. steps 15-44 deal mostly with the top of the model, and are likely the source of your troubles. try folding those steps again with a diffrent model. and I believe that 44-58 are a must for the flaps on the top (they may just form the ears, I'm not sure). Just try and try again, you probably will get it right.

Shoulder blades are ussually on the back of an animal, and not the sides. So, I don't think shoulder blades were designed into this model..... Below the ears is the arm.

*Sigh* I think you are talking about the flaps behind the ear flaps? those are supposed to be the wings. So, to label all the flaps. Top two = horns. Next two, in front = ears or horns. Next two behind = wings. No shoulder blades, and no four ears.

This is my attempt, there is a lot of possibilities in the facial expressions of both the original in Viva Origami and using Pereira's diagrams, everyone else seems to have missed?

Agree with you, about the ears/horns just did not think the "ears" looked that good so left them out an concentrated on the horns.
Also looking at the original again notice there is a tongue, will post another photo later when I've modified this one!

(I taught 2 horn, 2 blade, 2 wing, you see?)

Well, when you fold this model, it is your model. You can choose what to do with your model, and its various appendages.

The thing with this model is that the two flaps that come from the "shoulder" (whether ears, horns, or shoulder blades) are not in the right place for shoulder blades. They come from the top, whereas shoulder blades come from the back. the wings potentially could be turned into shoulder blades, but then the whole model would be kinda messed up.... Oh well, teach what you like, fold how you wish. Your desicion.

Please, learn to read.

It says two horns (at the top), two wings, two ears, which we all thought were horns. No shoulder blades. Why would any origami model have shoulder blades--they are bones INSIDE of a person, under the skin of the back.

Rockhead does this on purpose. There's no point trying to argue with him.

Unless he means actual blades that are located at the shoulder (think Shredder).
