Joseph Wu Roast chicken help!

Can anybody could give some tips to fold this model?

I don't have much to say other than to follow the creases.
Are you experienced with CPs though? Because this is definitely NOT for a beginner. I consider myself pretty good at CPs, and there are parts of this that I don't entirely get. The references are pretty simple though, just 30deg angles.
