Ok, so I'm a complete beginner. I can't get steps 3 and 4 in this one. Apparently, an 11-year-old devised it, so I feel especially dumb. LOL

I think there are some folds missing from the diagram. You also need to do a mirror image of step 3 on the right hand side to get it looking like step 4.

Seeing that it's an 11-year-old, he probably confused the rotation symbol with Harbin's (??) repeat arrow. While I personally can't see any similarity between them, I imagine it must be a pretty common mistake with young diagrammers.
