welcome to the forum.

everything is correct so far. what you do need are the folds produced at step 10. these folds are the "zig-zag"-valley-folds of step 12. at step 10 hold the model at the point marked with the circle, for example with the left hand. then open the model with the two "corner-points" C and D. note, where these points are in the diagram of step 12. notice the zig-zag-line produced in step 10. these are all valley-folds. where this zig-zag-line meets the line AB, is another point that is not marked in the diagram - lets say E. you will have to change BE into a valley-fold in step 12, instead of a mountain-fold, EA will stay a mountain fold.

lets concentrate on C in step 12: change the existing valley fold into a mountain fold (only the part of the fold, until it meets the zig-zag-fold. make the same with D, change BE into a valley fold and you do have step 13.

you don´t have to sink anything. and don´t worry because of your english: someone wird helfen ;-)

Hello there... Welcome to the Forum :D
you could have been more specific in your help request by mentioning the model you need help with.

in the 10th step i will recommend you to make sharp folds. you can use a bone folder or fold layer by layer as i did :)

the rest is pictured ;)

Thx for the answers.

I do not get it out anyway

I'd need more detail or maybe a small video.

But actually, this step can not be that hard!

I hope you can help me again

ok, lets try it another way ... I don´t have a youtube-account, so maybe someone else can produce a video.

you don´t to have to fold or sink anything in step 11: it only says that you have to open the model. if you open the model, you will get the diagram of step 12. in step 12 you see, which folds you need to make the reverse folds mentioned in step 11.

concentrate on the diagram of step 12: you have to lift the point between the line CB, where the arrow is starting, to perform this, you have to change the existing valley fold into the mountain fold shown in step 12 (as I described above).

maybe I do know where your problem is, because I´ve also had some troubles: if you look at the diagram, you will notice that there is a white layer below C (and also D). if you lift the point, do not only lift the upper layer, but lift both layers - imagine that the upper layer and the lower white layer are glued together and you deal with them like if it is one layer.
