Please help me. I have no clue if the creases i should make are valley or mountain folds.
You're in luck--I was planning on making diagrams for this one.
The horizontal and vertical creases near the corners--the ones that meet at the (almost) main diagonal--are valleys if the paper is color up. The 22.5deg ones between those and the line of symmetry are mountains, and so on.
