Infinite Flipper One Sheet Design - Possible?

Hello everyone, I spent the entire evening trying to figure out a way to make an Infinite Flipper using just one piece of paper and cuts, result... FAIL

Do you think it is possible to achieve it? I really need to find a solution to make these flippers using as less sheets as possible and having the cleanest movement I can get for a little art project I have in mind.
