Origami Insects Procedure

I keep getting stuck at a folding procedure that turns up in many of Fumiaki Kawahata's Origami Insects Vol 1. The procedure is shown in steps 95-97 of the Neptune Giant Beetle. Any help will be appreciated

Basically what you are doing in step 95 is turning the part that looks like half a Bird Base inside out, so part of it appears on the back side (around the white flaps). You need to partially unfold the Bird Base part.

Using the info you've given me I still cant get past that step. Could I see a photo of how the process is done please?
