Hello,
I've decided to make Nazgúl v8.1 from Jason Ku using instructions from Tanteidan Magazine 129.
But right at start I stuck. I just don't know how to make step 14 to look like at step 15

hello, welcome to the forum.

I´ve folded this fantastic model some times ago; what I remember is, that it is not a reverse-fold, but a simple swivel-fold: just mountain-fold the top-layer and push the paper inside, so that the corner (where the arrow is starting) moves to the middle-line.
