How to: Color greyscale diagrams in very few steps

Maybe most Inkscape users already know this. The thing is I got really excited when I discovered this trick cause I thought it would take me forever to color my greyscale diagrams.

You can also use it to turn color diagrams into greyscale. I do hope this gets to help someone else besides me
