Anyone know of a good fox model with diagrams or a crease pattern?

Hideo Komatsu's is quite nice. There is a cp for it somewhere on the net, and diagrams in a tanteidan convention book.

Joe is right, Komatsu's fox is my favorite, but there is a very elegant one of Stephen Weiss in "Origami Zoo: An Amazing Collection of Folded Paper Animals" (Robert Lang + Stephen Weiss).

Have you try to fold it ? Is it hard ?

It is a pretty staightforward cp. I got one I liked on my second try.
The several pictures Komatsu provides help a lot.

I found the fox of Guspath Go really cool :


On the site web of N. Terry, he says that the diagram is in the "BOS autumn 2003" magazin.

Does anybody of you have this magazin ? If yes, and if the diagram is not too big, may I ask you if you can scan it for me ?

I think that the model is too much work for the look it achieves. I highly recommed Mark Leonards Fox, which is a lot simpler and looks beautiful!

The diagrams for that fox also in the same BOS booklet, but you can download them from Mark's site at http://www.origami.34sp.com/diagrams.htm.

I remember he taught this model as the convention opener in BOS York 2003.

if you don't already have this, i hope you enjoy...

I prefer Montrel's fox from "Animal Origami for the Enthusiast." When i fold it, though, my legs end up longer than the diagram would indicate. I've also found that an added tuck will yield a white tip to the end of the tail if I use kami.
