Cupcake M's Rabbit

I am going to make diagrams for my Rabbit design. I want these diagrams to be better than my other diagrams, and I also want it to be easier to make. My previous diagrams were made using microsoft paint, and they took hours to make. Any suggestions on what program to use? (preferably something free)
I was too lazy to make diagrams, so I just stuck with a CP
