I remember it's something like the wings of a crane. In the same way the flower in the pic is like. But he folded 5 petals, just like a normal paper folded into 5 "Crane-wings" and he bent them. Looks very preety. If anyone can help, please.
Since this is my model I probably should reply.
Basically what you do for this model is to fold all 4 sides to the middle, forming preliminary folds at the corners.
Then bring this new square into a bird-base like shape, and open out the petals similar as in most of my other flower designs.
