Need help with Pegasus Model from Origami Zoo!

I'm trying my hand on the models in Origami Zoo and am stuck with Step 12 of the Pegasus model.
Can any of the "gurus" out here help a poor girl in need?

He means the Pegasus on Origami Zoo by Robert Lang and Stephen Weiss.

I'm not sure what you're having trouble with -
when you form the crimp in step 10, it sort of traps the inner layers in the forelegs, he wants you to pull these out so you can more easily swing the front half forward/up.
if you're still having trouble, let me know and I can try taking pictures (but of course, I'm new to this forum, I haven't tried posting pics b4
