Can someone help give me the reference marks to do this cp.

Please post a pic of the finished model
And it would be interesting if you changed the topic to something a little bit more descriptive like: "Help with Noboru Miyajima's Rooster CP"

I have collapsed the base. I cannot figure out how to turn it into the final model however.
