Hey i got stunk in the step 27 of this urchin...

I think what is happenng in this step involves making a preliminary or square base, like that used to make the crane.at the top of the paper, you have to make pleats and squash that square into something like a bird base so that the large square of paper you are flattening is moved downwards slightly. Hope that helps but if not if not i will try to post a picture of this step later.
