What is this rose ?

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone new what this rose was called I don't think it is a Kawasaki rose but if it is ignore me also if there any diagrams?

I've seen a similar rose that was a series of nested box-like things that each contributed four petals. That looks like what's happening here. It doesn't look like one piece of paper.

I agree with theorigamist.
It looks like a compound/nested rose made up of the traditional lotus flower.

Look at
this Rose, found on snkhan.co.uk . It seems very similar. Does anyone think it could possibly be the same rose?

If the picture that Saj took was of a rose folded by Hank Simon (the caption says it was folded by "simon") then maybe he can help.
