Hello...I need help with Fumiaki Kawahata dimetrodon

From origami fantasy i got trouble on steps 20 -21...
what is the best way to do it right..?

I just finished folding this, I took some pictures of those steps and put them on my old yahoo photo album. When I do these steps I start by mountian folding the first straight crease then I valley fold the v shaped crease working from the middle out. I then repeat on the second straight crease working one set of creases at a time.
