I have tried to fold this but I keep getting stuck on step 36. I don't understant what it is that I am supposed to do. A photo of this step would be perfect but any help at all would be great.

All step 36 says is to press all the little points flat, so they're all pointing downwards... Fold down the lowermost pair of points, then subsequently fold down the next pair, and the next pair, until the model is flat again and looks like 37.
