I believe most all creators who use this system of notation mean the same thing. They usually display where different points come from on a folded model using circle/ river packing methods and tree theory. If you would like to learn more about these subjects, i strongly recommend Robert Lang's Origami Design Secrets. He explains it very well. I have tried to write an article on the subject at my website, but I am not sure how clear it is. Hope this helps!

I try to fold this model but i can't understand the cp. Why half of cp on diagonal is "invisible"???
And what format better to use???

Not sure what you mean by "format"
Half of it is "invisible" becasue the model is symetric (I think, never folded it). The creases will be the same on one side as they are on the other. alot of CP's are like this.
