I have a question about the shibaraku cp. Is this the exact way the CP appears in Tanteidan mag 59?

Can someone who owns mag 59 tell me if this is how the CP is suppose to look? I am asking this because that cp looks incomplete.

Yep, that's exactly how it looks. In the magazine there are also a couple of helper CPs. Apart from the top left corner, the CP is complete, in the style of first fold everything above and to the right of the diagonal (on both sides), then fold the bottom left half (on both sides). Finally, using the helper CP, fold the details in the top left, the head, which is just a bunch of sinking.

so this model is symmetrical/identical on both sides? I wish i could see a collapsed base of the model. My goal is to fold all of Hojyo's well known human figures crease patterns. so far, i have managed to fold aquarius and gabriel. this shibaraku looks tough to collapse but i really want to fold it.

every forum i go, i notice that the shibaraku does not get much discussion. Is it because it is so hard that almost no one can fold it? The hands of the cp does not make sense. where is the right hand? From the cp it looks like the hands are not symmetrical

Take a good look at
his pictures. The hands are very much different, and the model is definetly asymmetrical, but he does have two hands.

the cp does not tell me how to do the left hand. Wish someone who has folded this could offer some insight

The hands are folded similarly to the hands of Satoshi Kamiya's Bahamut.
