Yesterday I saw a Strawberry Origami made with only one square.

I've looked around on the Internet, but I wasn't able to find how it was made.

I just find it with two paper squares.

Can you help me please?

The diagrams that you found are the one's that you want, just fold with one sheet instead of two also it would look nicer if you folded with two sheets as you wont get a colour change for the leaves if only one sheet is used (just personal oppinion )

I've seen (and folded) paper designed for folding strawberries. It was green on one side and red with small black spots on the other!

I'm fairly sure it's by Jongie Nara. I got it from http://www.opane.com, but I'm sure other places will stock it.

I bought a packet of strawberry paper from Kim's Crane for about $1 USD for 40 sheets of duo green and red /with black dots. Makes some wonderful little gifts that I fold while waiting around. Look around the site for some other paper, because shipping and handling is about $10 USD ...

Diagrams:
Steps 5 -7: (in other words) Make a Preliminary Fold
Step 8-10: Lift the top flap on the right side and fold the edge to the middle, then unfold. [call that step A] Then squash fold that flap. If you don't know what a squash fold is, please check your origami books, and instructions online for more pictures. But, in words, "fold" the entire top right flap at the middle and hold it so that it is pointing up, perpendicular to the rest of the model. [Call this Step B] Then, re-crease the fold that you made in step A to the right and then to the left.

What you are trying to do is create a mountain fold on both sides of the flap. Then bring the entire flap back to the position in Step B. The flap is standing over the middle "crease" of the model, with a folded edge pointing straight up.

Now, push (squash) the flap down neatly, so that:
The fold will open up and lie on top of the middle "crease." And
The mountain folds that you just made in the middle of the flap will lie down flat, so that everything looks like the picture in Step 10. (easier done, than said Finished ?

NOw fold that flattened, squashed flap in half, to the right, and repeat the process on the left side. Then repeat on backto complete the symmetry.

Follow the next steps carefully. I have found that I make mistakes when I forget to turn the flaps, which locks the sides in place.

I've made the all steps, however when I blow the paper it gets destroyed because the hole on the top gets bigger ...

Am I doing anything wrong when I inflate the strawberry?

you need to hold some flaps toguether...

notice that you have 8 flaps, but you need to hold than in pares before flating the model!!!

I held the two middle flaps each side and I inflated the model ...

Have I made something wrong ?

in the truht you heve to hold the four pair of flaps, so as you have 4 sides after it is inflated!

I just can't inflate it. I don't understant what I'm doing wrong.

Yeah, I had problems with inflation on my first attempts. I hadn't folded a flap over, then turned over and folded the other flap. I'm not looking at the original Rae Cooker PDF, but around step 15 (?) you fold the upper flaps down, then you fold the right flap to the left, and the back flap to the right.

It seems simple and straightforward, so I took shortcuts... the wrong type, and it wouldn't inflate correctly... So, my suggestion is to try folding it, cookbook style, as if you were a novice. I had to do this 3 or 4 times before I realized that my shortcut was getting me lost
