I'm trying to fold the Banner Orizuru and I'm just not getting how to fold the bird base on the ends. What am I doing wrong?

hmm.. Seems pretty clear to me. I'm guessing you aren't folding the triangle molecule next to the bird bases on the white side. This allows the bird base in its entirety to be collapsed.
