John Montroll's 3-Headed Dragon is in his book Mythological Creatures and the Chinese Zodiac in Origami.
José Aníbal Voyer also has a 3-headed dragon with wings in his and Mario Adrados Netto's book Seres de Ficción (republished in the United States in English as something else--look it up.)
Marc Kirschenbaum's Dollar Bill guitarist is in his book Paper in Harmony.
For future reference, there is no such thing as "The 3-headed dragon" or "the guitarist". Many different origami creators have tackled such subjects. If you don't know the author, provide a picture, and someone can probably identify it for you.
