Help with Origami Eagle

Does anyone have the diagram for this origami eagle?

1) Deep-linking is bad (that link to the Lang photo).

2) No diagrams exist for either of those eagles. There is a crease pattern for the one by Nguyen Hung Cuong though. Search the forum.
