Hello everyone! :D I am a little confused. I have seen Chris Palmer's Flower towers in many variations and have had no luck with diagrams. I heard you can find crease patterns through his website but also that didn't work. I finally just searched 'crease pattern' in google image and up popped what looked like and said was the flower tower crease pattern. Can anyone help me collapse this/identify valley mountain creases? Thanks!

The two main sources of information regarding Ft freely available on the web are by Tom Hull, one is his written explanation at http://www.spundreams.net/~andy/origami ... -howto.txt and his explanation and CP http://www.prospero78.freeserve.co.uk/oriflowers.htm (not working at the time I posted this)

Basically you find the rferences for the creases including the internal octagon, then you unfold everything and refold liberating the paper for the next stage

Thank you for the link I think I better understand the concept of the tower. Though I am still finding it difficult to identify which creases are mountain and valley. Can anyone perhaps post a pic of the CP with mountain and valley line identification?

There are crease patterns in Tanteidan Convention Book 8. They have mountain/valley differentiated.

Thanks Origamimasterjared! I would try and get the convention 8 book but I don't know if I want to pay that much money for a convention book if I only want diagrams for a two or three models. Does anyone else experience this? I find it hard to get tanteidan diagrams.... Does anyone have convention book 8? Can someone Personal message me?
