Does anyone know how to collapse the sail by Phạm Diệu Huy?

Where are the diagrams/cp/picture? (And the title could use some work-I guess the titles don't take well to Vietnamese characters )

I don't think it's a sail. I think it's a snail.

This might help, I folded it from the cp linked to in this thread:



Make the creases, then collapse as in the photos:







Now fold the left flap up, the right one down and the centre flap to the left:



Collapsing done, the rest is easy:





And the final shaping:
