P.S.: I just noticed something...
It seems like the time it takes him to fold a robot seems to change an awful lot... the range seems to be between 8 and 10 minutes every time.

Is there any picture of the robot(s)?
And, are they folded from a single sheet of paper or not?

I think you need Flash to load the animation.
Yes the robot is one square sheet no cuts.
