The link you gave is unfortunately the wrong one. Everyone having an imageshack account will be lead to his/her own gallery with this link but unfortunately not to the picture you want to show.
What you need to do is taking one of the links that are shown on the right side next to your picture. I'd recommend the "direct Link to File" link. Copy and paste it to your message and then mark it and click on the "IMG"- button on top of the message window.
