I try to fold the frog. But after it is completed, I check and compare with the original picture. It looks quite different:
1) My frog cannot open the mouth.
2 ) There is many mountain and valley around my frog .
3) Under my frog is a space or hole.
I will show the crease pattern as follow.

I don't think you folded the right CP. There are three CPs at the bottom. The one on the far right is the frog.
Note that the frog CP is significantly different from the others. The strips that create the toes are simply pleated parallel to the bottom edge. Also, near the top you will see a construction not found in any of the other CPs.
That is an internal point-split, splitting the one thick central flap into four. This construct is explained in Robert Lang's book Origami Design Secrets. It is also found in his Praying Mantis from Origami Insects and their Kin. As luck would have it, the diagram for the mantis IS AVAILABLE ONLINE. Go to origami.com, to the diagrams section, and search for Lang. Download the Praying Mantis diagrams. The antennae are formed by the same point-split. Once you understand how that works, apply it to the Frog CP.
Good luck!!
