Hi, can somebody help me with the gunblade on steps 13 through 20 of this diagram: http://origami.artists.free.fr/Hoangtru ... nblade.htm
I am having some difficulty folding up the fan and then don't know what else to do because the diagram doesn't seem very clear. Perhaps that sink you do that is in the shape of a diamond will help fold it down. Can anybody help me get past this trouble, because I am pretty sure I can figure out the rest. I am really looking forward to finish this project. So pls, if you have any suggestions, please let me know! thnx

I took some pictures while I was folding the gunblade.
Here's how I did it:
steps:
13. clearly it's a reverse fold
14-20. Lift the front layers .

and stretch the pleats all the way down

And then you have to do another pleats based on the precreases you made in the steps 5-9.
Here's the pic of the stretched pleats (I had flatten the pleats a bit on the left corner.)

Make the pleats based on the precreases from step 5-9 and then close it back down.
By the time you close the flap down, it will have 3 points (just like shown in the step 20 if the diagram, which could be a little confusing).
Like this:

Step 20 done.
I may did the flatting differently, but it worked.
Sorry if this isn't clear enough. I hope you can get through these steps.
Good luck!
The end result in the diagram shows a gun though, not a gunblade. So you may have to figure the blade part yourself based on the gunblade picture. Mine is different
