Hi all,

I just learnt the Hydrangea and i really like the repetition of the folds. The results are great and beautiful! I read on some post that there is a fujimoto lotus.

the post indicated the lotus is also a repetition of folds so i want to see what it looks like. I can't find any pics of it or diagrams but i found the CP on flickr.

Can someone please post any pic of the Fujimoto lotus?? (not a tesselation)

I'm not sure which model you meant. But I just found Fujimoto's Hydrangea on origami database:
http://db.origami.com/displayphoto.asp?ModelID=44284
Categorized there as plant and tesselation.

I found video instructions for the Hydrangea on Sara Adam's website:
http://www.happyfolding.com/instruction ... -hydrangea

I didn't see any lotus in his models database though.

The only place that I knew of that had pictures of the Fujimoto Lotus was Ravi Apte's page but he took it down. Wayback Machine does not seem to be working at the moment, but you could search later at http://web.archive.org/web/200503140605 ... us/FLotus1

Thanks! but the some of the pics on the page don't load. Its a real pity Raviapte shutdown. I had so much stuff that i wanted to learn from there!

I heard Raciapte is moving his pics to flickr soon so maybe i can check that later :?

I can only see the first pic but i think the hydrangea looks better than the lotus:)

I don't recall the lotus, but there must be a reason why I never folded.
