I'm stuck from step 8 going to step 9.

You're peeling out the outermost layer and turning the flap inside-out. Grab the corner of the paper at the top and pull away, releasing trapped paper.

Now i'm stuck at #15 to #16.

I think I got it. Thanks again for all the help.

I am now comfused with #26 to #27

Using the precreases you made in 24 and 25, you're going to sink the paper in and out. If you look at how you did step 20, you should understand. You're not pleating the paper, but opening it up and pushing it in and out.
