I'm good at origami, but new to reading these american diagrams. Please help me on steps 26 cause my paper looks nothing like step 27 after I try step 26. Please help!!!

valley fold the dotted line and you should get the model in step 27

At step 26 you have to fold a rabbit-ear at the front. You also have to repeat steps 23, 24, 25 and 26 on the back side of the model.

I am sorry for disturbing post: Do you know biplane model up to approx. 15 steps?

I think the question was not for help with the first 15 steps of this biplane model, but rather if there is a biplane model that has a maximum of 15 steps in total.

I think it would be rather hard to get a biplane with only 15 steps.
There is a two-piece model by Yoshihide Momotani in his Origami Vehicles book though, the first piece has 15 steps and the second piece has 18 steps.

what does it mean by "Rabbit ear it"
am I suppose to fold both side same time?

I made that biplane from water-bomb-base, it looks like soviet aircraft JAK 23 from 50s, but with four wings... I will post picture elsewhere as soon as possible.
