Invitation card

i have a problem on how to solve this: http://sallander.com/origami_jessica.jpg

It is an invitation card and as you can see you open the card by pulling two edges apart. Sweet and simple! I don't know if you can help me, but if you have seen this or something similar somewhere before ( a diagram) or any book recommendation...or if you know where I could get some help it would be lovely!

I have seen similar models on the Tomoko Fuse's book "Home decoration with origami": card 1 or card 2, pg 32-35.

About the book, I started looking for it but it seems to be quite old and therefore difficult to get hold off. And unfortunately google books did not seem to have it. Does anyone have the book so that you could scan/take photos of these pages and send it to me by email (origami "at" sallander "dot" com)?

It looks like simple twist:

Use your own ratio, I suggest that it is not folded at half. Please, send me, if is it what you mean.

Thanks for the instructions! I get as far as to the last step but don't understand how to continue with the following corners.. and to the final result?

I was hurry, so maybe it is not so clear. It is just twist. I will make short video (my card in the camera is 32 MB, so I cannot make long video) and post it here (tomorrow).

Here is the model at the last step.

Fold the flap down (valley fold)

After flap has been folded down. Turn the model around and fold the back flap down also.

In the process of folding the back flap down.

Both flaps folded down. Now open the model up from the middle.

Looks like this. Now turn the model over....

and Voila! To open grab two diagonal squares and pull. To close grab two diagonal squares and push.

Thank you all very much!!! Now I just have to figure out at what ratio it has been made (or the parts "sticking" out) which probably is more difficult than it seems :).

Here is what I came up with. (Sorry about the quality, but I'm having to make due with what I have at work.)

To get here, I started with step 3 of Ondrej's diagram. To get the vertical crease, I folded the edge to the center, creasing only at the top edge(point 1). I then folded the edge to the pinch mark I just made and creased only the top(point 2). I then folded those pinch marks together (point 3), and finally that pinch mark with the first one (point 4.) I did the same with the horizontal crease, only starting with a fold at the halfway point (Point 1):

Once again, I apologize for the quality. I had to use MS Excel and MS Paint for this. The only camera I had was my cell phone. :(

maybe using the first vertical crease as reference the other pinches can be spared
