Haven't done any Origami stuff for a while, but I could resist the temptation no longer

I have updated my flying cat design to include a better torso and a more cat-like face (will include a better photo just as soon as I lay my hands on some foil):

If anyone has any tips on how to create beautiful, computer drawn diagrams I would love to hear them. Otherwise, enjoy and let me know what you think..

Those pictures are private, so we can't see them.

Search the forum for threads about using computer programs for diagramming. Popular programs for the people on this forum include Macromedia Freehand (though it's been discontinued), Adobe Illustrator, CAD programs and Inkscape (it's free).

I use Freehand, as do Robert Lang, Satoshi Kamiya (and all of Origami House), Jason Ku, etc.

Your hand-drawn diagrams look precise and beautiful in their own right. Allow me to suggest some options:

1. Leave the hand drawn diagrams alone, scan them, turn them into GIF or PDF format, and post them as is.

2. Learn the software of choice, trying to reproduce these diagrams... but ask yourself if there are advantages. Some advantages are improved speed to generate diagrams, more precision, ability to reproduce partial diagrams.

3. There may be software that allows you to manipulate scanned images to mix advantages of hand drawing and computer drawing. If you can hand draw more quickly than computer-draw, you might consider the canned approach.

Nice diagrams. Two things to make them better: white paper, and color the diagrams to show the two different sides of the paper. You can do that part on the computer. Your angles are also a little too wide, but that's not a huge deal.

Using a computer has a huge advantage if you need to draw many very similar pictures, for example, precreasing. Or if you have multiple things that begin with the same base.
