As the comment under the photo states, it's from Kawasaki's book "Roses, Origami, and Math". I don't have that book, but Amazon lists it for $16.50, and there's a picture of that model on the front cover, so it's definitely in there.
According to
http://www.giladorigami.com/BO_Rose.html, the same modular unit is described in Kawasaki's "Origami Dream World". So if you can't get your hands on a copy of "Roses, Origami, and Math", you could look for that instead. It may not show how to build that exact structure, but once you have the basic unit you should be able to figure it out.
(Edited to add:)
The excerpt of the book that's available on Amazon's page by clicking "Search Inside" describes a unit that looks very similar to the one used here. I have no idea if it's exactly the same one, but it's probably a good starting point if you want to try to reverse-engineer it.

I have the book and the constructive does appear to be on about p 113. The instructions are not simple cook-book diagrams, but more complete principles, so that you'll be able to design and build more complex models.
If you like that type of model, I strongly recommend the book. In addition to Amazon, you may be able to find it locally at a Borders, Barnes & Nobles, or Half Price book store.
