I did use search function, but closest match I found was to do with steps 46 and something.

I got the minature frog base type thing, but I don't know where to go from there...

I was using the diagram I found on origami.com..

Please help :(

Sorry for just using text, but I don't have an acount on an image site. Anyway, the white frog base thing should have a layer of paper wrapped around it (the one you folded up in step 9b). thats what's making it white. If you partially unfold the model, you can unwrap that layer, then refold the frog base thing without the using the extra paper. The extra paper should end up as a triangle sticking up. Fold thit off to the right to match the diagram. Gah! Sorry, I just cant explain it right without pictures.

Anna has made a video for this kind of manoeuvre some time ago:

<embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/qtr541YMsNc&hl=en" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="425" height="344"></embed>

Even though this video is for a different model, the same folding method applies to the Dragon as well.

I was being sarcastic. Still the information you requested is on those links I provided. Try tthose and the video mentioned by someone else and if you can't figure out, ask again. Many people here are willing to help.
